International Law & World Order: Basic Documents
7 looseleaf binders to date
ASIN: 094132091X

Edited by Burns H. Weston & Jonathan C. Carlson

These are the most comprehensive volumes of international law and world order documents available anywhere. They are easily accessible, wide-ranging, and up-to-date. Anyone involved with research or work in this area will find these materials indispensable and make them a permanent part of their international law library.

The documents in each volume are organized by subdivisions, both geographic and topical, and sometimes at several levels. Within the subdivisions, documents are presented chronologically and dependent instruments are listed together with the parent instrument.

Critical Commentary on International Law & World Order: Basic Documents

"A marvelous vade mecum for any international lawyer (with stout luggage!). It contains a well organized collection of the central documents of the international legal order. It is indeed a virtual law library on its own -- all any self-respecting international lawyer would require on a deserted island!"
-- Prof. Hilary Charlesworth, Faculty of Law, Univ. of Adelaide
